Terms of Use
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Monkey Tools websites and tools at monkeytools.io (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the Service
Monkey Tools provides non-custodial software interfaces that help you construct Solana transactions you review and sign in your own wallet. Monkey Tools does not custody assets, does not hold private keys, and does not execute trades on your behalf without your wallet approval.
Eligibility
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including those related to digital assets, securities, sanctions, and taxes. You must not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law.
Fees
Some tools charge a Monkey Tools Service Fee in addition to Solana network fees and third-party protocol costs. Current amounts are listed on the Pricing page and in confirmation screens. Fee schedules may change prospectively; historical on-chain transfers are final.
No advice
The Service does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Token launches, liquidity decisions, and authority actions are solely your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use the Service to commit fraud or other unlawful activity.
Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including Solana validators/RPC providers, wallets (Phantom, Solflare), Raydium, Streamflow, Pinata, analytics providers, and explorers. Monkey Tools does not control those services and is not responsible for their outages, bugs, or policy changes.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. See also the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer pages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Tools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of tokens, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the Service or blockchain networks.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the Contact page using configured public channels only.
