Refund Policy

This policy explains how Monkey Tools thinks about fees. It does not promise automatic refunds.

Monkey Tools Service Fee

A Monkey Tools Service Fee is the platform fee transferred to the configured Monkey Tools fee wallet for certain tools. After a successful on-chain transfer, reversing that payment generally requires a separate off-chain review and is not automatic.

Network / protocol costs

Solana network fees, account rent, Raydium / OpenBook / other protocol costs, and Streamflow costs are paid to the network or third-party programs. Those amounts generally cannot simply be reversed after successful blockchain execution. Monkey Tools does not control Solana validators or protocol treasuries.

Failed transactions

If a transaction fails before a platform fee transfer executes, you typically would not have paid that service fee — though you may still have spent a small network fee depending on failure mode. Always check the transaction signature on an explorer.

How to request review

Contact support with wallet public address, feature used, token mint or pool address if relevant, transaction signature, and error message. Never send seed phrases or private keys. Support channels are listed on the Contact page.

Monkey Tools does not guarantee refunds. Any discretionary accommodation is evaluated case by case and may be declined.
