What is Metadata Authority?
Who can update Metaplex token metadata.
Metadata authority (update authority) can change Metaplex fields such as name, symbol, URI, and social links while metadata remains mutable.
Making metadata immutable or transferring update authority changes who can edit branding later. Immutable metadata cannot be changed again.
